Money Pickle™ is an SEC-registered Internet-Only RIA and referral service for third-party investment advisors ("professionals") operated by The Pickle Pros LLC (“Money Pickle”). When you provide your contact information through our site, Money Pickle will introduce you to a vetted investment professional that is qualified to give advice on various general finance topics. Each professional has entered into an agreement with Money Pickle under which the professional pays Money Pickle a combination of fees, including a flat monthly membership fee and to receive client referrals from interested consumers.
The fees paid by the professionals to Money Pickle are paid irrespective of whether you become a client of the professional. However, you should understand that all of the professionals that are available through Money Pickle pay fees to participate in the program. Further, the amount of compensation each professional pays to Money Pickle will vary based on certain industry factors, including investable assets and household income.
It is up to you to interview the professional and decide whether you want to hire them. If you decide to hire a professional, you will enter into an agreement directly with that professional to provide you with investment services. Money Pickle is not affiliated with the professionals and neither Money Pickle nor any of its representatives are authorized to provide investment advice on behalf of a professional or to act for or bind a professional. Neither Money Pickle nor its affiliates provide investment advice or recommendations as to the selection or retention of any professional.
No investment advisory agreement with a professional will become effective until accepted by that professional. Money Pickle does not warrant any services of any professional and makes no claim or promise of any result or success by retaining a professional. Your use of Money Pickle, including the decision to retain the services of a professional, is at your sole discretion and risk. Any services rendered by a professional are solely that of the professional. Each professional has signed a Referral Arrangement Agreement under which they have agreed to certain general conduct principles. However, Money Pickle does not monitor or control the investment services the professionals provide.
